2. Preparing the shipment.
Please print out the e-mail with the advance registration number.
For the safety of our personnel, and also to comply with legal requirements, we ask that you submit a completed DECLARATION OF DECONTAMINATION if you've started using the product or a part of the product.
Attach both documents in a clearly visible location on the exterior of the shipment. We're only able to provide you with fast and reliable service when we receive both of these documents from you.
As soon as the package arrives, you'll receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
4. Your approval.
We will not start work before you let us know that you accept the terms of our offer! If you place an order with us, this estimate is provided free of charge.
What if you don't accept our offer?
If we do not receive an approval from you, we will have to charge the working- and analyzing costs. In addition, storage charges will apply from one month after the quotation has been sent.
