Faster response times with no hassles

Here's how it works:

1. Contacting us

Let us know in advance about what you'll be sending to us. This allows us time to prepare, resulting a shorter turnaround time. As soon a we receive your message, we'll send you an e-mail with your personal advance registration number.


2. Preparing the shipment

Please print out the e-mail with the advance registration number.

For the safety of our personnel, and also to comply with legal requirements, we ask that you submit a completed declaration of decontamination if you've started using the product or a part of the product.

Attach both documents in a clearly visible location on the exterior of the shipment. We're only able to provide you with fast and reliable service when we receive both of these documents from you.

As soon as the package arrives, you'll receive a confirmation of receipt from us.


3. Estimate and offer

For repairs, rebuilds or recalibration, it will take us about five business days to arrive at an offer.


4. Your approval

We will not start work before you let us know that you accept the terms of our offer! If you place an order with us, this estimate is provided free of charge.

What if you don't accept our offer?
If we do not receive an approval from you, we will need to charge the analysis work completed as part of coming up with the offer. In addition, starting one month after we send the offer, you will be billed € 35 per week in storage fees.


5. Repair/overhaul/recalibration

We offer the following turnaround times:

  • Approx. 10 business days for a repair or overhaul
  • Approx. 5 business days for a recalibration

6. Shipping

We then send the item(s) back to you.
