A number of new guidelines and regulations having to do with sulfur emissions on the high seas and in coastal regions (SECA – Sulfur Emission Control Area) will be coming into effect in coming years.

Will it still be possible to use existing fuel pumps or is an upgrade necessary? What happens when the rules become even stricter?
