Our customers have a particularly positive view of the processing time for proposals. Compared to its competitors, KRAL has a significant lead.

Our guiding principle "KRAL as a partner for unique solutions" is reinforced by the competitive advantage of our flexibility in special developments.

Topics regarding delivery are important for customers. Satisfaction with KRAL is very high. One exception is the information regarding postponed delivery dates. A lack of information was criticized. We immediately took action. Customers should already notice the improvement.

In addition to product-related aspects, an advertising issue is near the top in fourth place. KRAL´s Internet presence was considered as one of KRAL's strengths.
